Our leases run from August 1st to July 31st. Current tenants are given until May 15th to decide to renew their lease. After that date, we will have a list of properties available for August. To get a list of properties, please call our office at 513-523-2611. If you need a property within our current lease period, please check with the office. We occasionally have sub-leases available for tenants that must leave the area for jobs. Thank you for your interest, we look forward to serving you.
